ABOUT/BIO

Sheng Moua is an established Wardrobe Stylist, Fashion & Life Style Blogger, Motivational Speaker, Pageant Coach, Pageant Judge, Fashion Show Producer and an all around role model.  She's been working as an Image Consultant/Stylist for over 15 years. She was professionally trained and certified to teach personal development, runway and fashion commercial print for John Robert Powers School of Modeling.  Sheng has worked with kids, teens and adults ages 5 to 65, all just wanting to look and feel good about themselves. 
     Sheng's Fashion Styling work has been published in more then 30 magazines all over the world and has worked with local modeling agencies, celebrities, celebrity photographers, Fashion Designers such as Giorgio Armani, Zac Posen, Guess, Adolfo Sanchez, Diwon and many more. She worked for Avid Exposure, an LA PR Firm, Assisted celebrity stylists June Ambrose, Kecia Clark, Susan Koziak of Koziak Productions with Fashion Shows and special events.  She also worked with Kari Miller, the West Region Fashion PR Director for Sak's Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills with Special Events, leading and coordinating volunteers, sponsors, fashion coordinating, runway lineups and model castings. 
     Sheng also worked with a Record Label, Balance Records, as the main Casting and Creative Director for all promotional events, music videos, photo campaigns and record albums. As an intern, She's assisted Celebrity Stylists "The Kids" for the Reality Television Show "Girlicious", Celebrity Stylist June Ambrose for R&B Artist Mario's music video and Celebrity Stylist Janet Lin for the Reality Television Show "The Shot".  Her experience on and off set has truly given her an edge in how her fashion sense has evolved. 

     Sheng also guest speaks and mentors high school and college students regarding the importance of higher education and the transition of being in the real world. Along with education, she promotes beauty within by showing the students how to dress and look their best by landing whatever job they want. She has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management, Studied Fashion Design at Brooks College in Long Beach until she realized her real love for Styling. She continued her education at The Fashion Institute of Merchandising at both campus's (Orange County and LA) and obtained her AA in Visual Communications.  Furthermore, she also went onto Grad school and received her MBA from University of Phoenix.  She is a role model that exemplifies not only the beauty of change, but also by doing what she preaches. She motivates through her own life experiences.  Through her life experiences, she help others find their passion in hopes that they will find themselves and be the best that they can be. She has also been featured in several magazines recognizing her for her work as a Stylist and mentor to her peers.  
     Sheng is also an active volunteer in her community.  She volunteers for FIDM mentor and alumni activities and for charities such as The American Heart Association, The boys and girl's club, Working Wardrobes and several Hmong events around southern and northern california. She also sits as a judge on several beauty pageants around southern california and coaches and mentors new pageant competitors. She is a strong advocate for empowering women and promoting higher education.  She is also very passionate in helping with the fight against bullying, domestic violence and more closely to her heart is supporting the cure for cancer. 
     Although working in Hollywood is exciting, she's realized that her true passion is to work for individuals who would truly appreciate her expertise. Her satisfaction was to utilize her own experiences and professional services to help others find their inner and outer beauty. By teaching, mentoring, guiding, inspiring and motivating through her own life stories. She hopes to help her clients with a new profound love for who they are, armed with love and acceptance for who they were meant to be. With the key elements of true love, they can finally work together in finding style on the outside to fully express who they are on the inside. 
     Sheng wants to give back to her local community and the Hmong Community by providing her expertise to assist the younger generation grow, love and follow their dreams. She wants to help and support organization or events that specifically pertains to her empowering women because she herself, struggled as a Hmong woman. Her passion drives her, but its her aspiration to help others that sustains her.
